The consumer has a period of 14 days to cancel the purchase of any of the products in the event that there is a problem not described or they do not arrive in the conditions that were budgeted at the time of purchase.
The consumer will have to bear the cost of return as well as the cost of shipping plus the cost of insurance paid for the delivery of the object, and the object will have to arrive in the same condition in which it was sold, with all its original accessories and in its packaging.
Certain items such as antique armour are sensitive to assembly and disassembly and therefore cannot be returned as they are a delicate item where the safety of assembly by the customer cannot be guaranteed. All other items are subject to a 14 day return period.

The items offered by Supein Nihonto may consist of unique, antique, historical, artistic, cultural heritage, or collectible pieces, including, among others, Japanese swords, samurai armor, kabuto, menpō, koshirae, kodōgu, tsuba, lacquerware, textiles, cords, documents, stands, and other handcrafted or historical elements.
These items are not industrial, fungible, or replaceable products that can be substituted by an identical example. Their value depends on their authenticity, material integrity, state of preservation, documentation, provenance, patina, age, rarity, original mounting, historical coherence, and absence of inappropriate interventions.
The right of withdrawal will be respected whenever it is legally applicable. However, the buyer acknowledges that any handling beyond what is strictly necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and general condition of the item may result in a significant loss of value, even where the visible damage appears limited.
By way of example, loss of value may be caused by assembly, disassembly, testing, use, placement on unsuitable stands, tension applied to cords, removal of components, handling of blades, cleaning, incorrect oiling, direct contact, exposure to humidity, impacts, friction, pressure, twisting, unauthorized intervention, non-professional repair, or improper transport.
In the event of a return, if the item shows damage, alteration, wear, broken threads or cords, missing components, modification of its original condition, signs of use, or any loss of historical, aesthetic, material, or commercial integrity attributable to the buyer, Supein Nihonto may deduct from the amount to be refunded the loss of value suffered by the item.
This reduction may include not only the material cost of repair, but also the historical or commercial loss of value of the piece, as well as inspection, appraisal, documentation, conservation, professional packaging, insured transport, temporary export or import procedures, customs, insurance, and specialized restoration costs, including shipment to Japan or to qualified professionals where the nature of the object so requires.
The buyer accepts that, in the case of unique antique and collectible items, a repair may not restore the item to its previous value if its integrity, authenticity, preservation, original mounting, or historical coherence has been affected. In such cases, the loss of value may exceed the mere material cost of repair.
Where a product has been made, adapted, restored, modified, reserved, commissioned, or prepared according to the buyer’s express specifications, or where any other legally established exception applies, the right of withdrawal shall not apply under the terms established by applicable law.
All shipments are handled through trusted express courier services to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery.
