nakago / tang,
signature or inscriptions,
koshirae,
tsuka,
tsuba,
fuchi and kashira, menuki, saya, shirasaya, NBTHK or NTHK certificate, storage box, provenance or other documentation
Please do not clean, polish or alter the sword before sending photographs.
You do not need to authenticate the sword before contacting us.
The market includes genuine nihontō, later Japanese swords, reproductions and non-Japanese copies.
Send us clear photographs and whatever information you have available.
We can determine whether the sword is relevant to our area of specialisation.

I had been looking for a tachi with a lot of curvature for a long time and I called Supein Nihonto. They didn't have any tachi with the sori I was looking for, but I was treated with a lot of love and professionalism and we were talking for a long time.
